Can I return/exchange Volcom product to a local dealer?

At this time our retail locations are only able to process returns that were originally purchased from their physical store locations. Online exchanges can only be made for an alternative size for the same style and color.  $7.00 restocking fee applied to returns created from non Plus or VIP loyalty members.

US Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (https://www.volcom.com/a/returns) and add the order you wish to send back.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid USPS label will be provided to have the items returned for processing.

Canada Returns:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  Once confirmed and created a pre-paid FedEx label will be emailed to you to have your product returned for processing.

International Returns:

Contact our customer service department and provide the order # you wish to return.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will be provided to you with additional shipping instructions on where to send your online return.

Orders placed through our online store or telesales will need to be initiated by contacting our Customer Service department.
