USA and Canada Orders:

Each state has different laws pertaining to how we are responsible for taxing the product we sell online.

If Volcom has a physical presence or nexus in your state, such as a store, office or warehouse, we are required to charge applicable state and local sales tax from our customers. If we do not have a presence in a particular state, you are not required to pay sales taxes.

State Exceptions: Not every state has a sales tax.  These states include Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated tax. Actual sales tax will be calculated and charged at the time your order is shipped.

International Orders:

 Duties and taxes will be included in the price of each item depending on your specific ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
