Returns Policy: 30 day Return Period 

Volcom wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a hassle free 30 day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.

  • Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
  • Items must be in 100% resalable condition
  • Exchanges can only be made for an alternative size for the same style and color
  • Return time frame starts from original ship date
  • No returns on Final Sale items
  • Returns must be initiated from the original point of sale and online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange within our retail/outlet locations
  • Prepaid label is only offered to United States and Canada returns. This offer excludes orders being shipped from certain US territories, Yukon territory, orders shipped to Canada from www.Volcom.com and international orders.
  • $7.00 restocking fee applied to all returns from non Plus or VIP loyalty members

US Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (returns.volcom.com) and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip code.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing.

Canada Returns:

Click the Auto Returns link within the footer of our website (returns.volcom.ca/) and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip code.  Once RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing.

International Returns:

Orders placed on our www.Volcom.com storefront but shipped outside of the US will need to contact Customerservice@volcom.com and provide the order # you wish to return.  A return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) will be provided including additional instructions on where to ship your online return. *International orders are not eligible for prepaid return labels*
